Senior Analytical Development Scientist

Marcos joined Cellerator as a Senior Analytical Development Scientist in January 2026. He holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, and brings over 9 years of experience in cell biology and cell and gene therapies. He has led analytical development activities for cell therapy programs spanning assay development, potency characterization, stability testing, and regulatory-compliant analytical documentation. His expertise includes advanced cell culture systems including 2D, 3D, organoid, bioreactor, and ex vivo models, as well as non-viral gene delivery technologies and cell therapy product development. Marcos has also led multidisciplinary research and analytical teams, supporting the translation of innovative cell-based therapies from discovery through development.
