He is a seasoned professional with broad experience in Cell and Gene therapies and medical device industries, leading local and global projects and teams. Luis holds an Executive MBA cum laude (Rotterdam School of Management), a MSc in Biotechnology (University Federal of São Carlos), and a Biotechnology Engineering degree (University of Algarve).
