Senior Process Development Scientist

Justyna joined Cellerator as a Senior Process Development Scientist. She holds a PhD in Cell Biology and Human Physiology from the University of Copenhagen and has focused her career on advancing stem cell–based therapies toward clinical translation. Her journey began at Odense University Hospital, developing mesenchymal stem cell–based approaches for bone repair during postdoctoral research. She later worked in biotech startups from the BioInnovation Institute, including Pancryos and Stimuliver, focusing on pluripotent stem cell–derived products for diabetes and liver diseases. Through this work, she gained broad experience in assay and process development, differentiation systems, and quality control, supporting reproducible, scalable preclinical processes.
