Senior Executive Advisor

John brings decades of executive, board, and operational leadership at the intersection of biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing. His career spans corporate development, program delivery that bridges R&D and industrial deployment, and large‑scale facility build‑outs. He has held senior roles at Novo Nordisk and provided hands‑on leadership establishing a GMP stem‑cell facility in Fremont and a GMP stem-cell facility at the University of California, San Francisco. John holds an engineering degree from the University of Copenhagen and completed INSEAD’s Advanced Management Program and Executive Board Programme. Outside his professional work, he serves as Chairman of the Guldagergaard Foundation, an international centre for ceramic art, research, and education.
