Camilla joined Cellerator in August 2026 as Talent Acquisition Partner. Before joining Cellerator, she worked with talent acquisition and recruitment at both Novo Nordisk and Visma e-conomic, where she was responsible for attracting and hiring talent across a wide range of specialist and business functions. She also brings experience in project management and organizational development from her time at Kunde & Co and holds a cand.merc. in Strategy, Organisation and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
